Dreams & Reality

My husband has a running joke.

Every now and then I'll tell him about something that happened, and he'll patiently listen before smiling, rolling his eyes, and drawing an imaginary line in the air.

"Remember, baby..."

He points one way.

"Dreams."

Then the other.

"Reality."

I've always had incredibly vivid dreams. The kind where I wake up completely convinced something actually happened. "Sometimes, over our morning coffee in bed, I have to ask him if a conversation actually happened... or if I dreamt the whole thing."

Usually, it was the latter.

I've been thinking about that this week because Neptune stations retrograde in Aries on July 7.

Worth Noticing

I'll admit, Neptune is one of the planets I'm still getting to know.

I've spent the week reading more about it.

Most astrologers describe Neptune as the planet of dreams, intuition, imagination, and illusion.
