How to use

For matcha, whisk 2–4 g with approximately 90 ml of water at 80°C for about 15 seconds. For a latte, whisk with approximately 40 ml of water before topping with steamed milk.

Before using the bamboo whisk for the first time, soak the prongs in hot water for several minutes. Rinse after each use, gently shake off the excess water and place it on the holder to dry.

Brew Apple Chai using 2.5 g per cup at 100°C for 2–5 minutes. Enjoy it on its own or with your choice of milk.
