Palmarosa is a floral essential oil that is great for symptomatic relief with many maladies of the skin. It can be an excellent aromatic substitute for geranium essential oil, however it should be noted that it’s only a good substitute where scent is concerned, not where chemistry or therapeutic action is concerned.
