Juniper and Friends While we usually categorize Juniper as a winter herb, it still has a very valid place in our lives any time of year.
In today’s blend, Juniper is teamed up with Jasmine and Petitgrain to create a woody, floral and spicy blend.
Historically, Juniper was used as an incense by the ancient Greeks to combat epidemics and by the native Americans and Tibetans for ceremonial purpose.
Use this in a diffuser or diluted in 1oz (30ml) of your favorite carrier oil for a bath and body oil*. If you like, you can make a ritual of it and meditate on good health and wellbeing while breathing deeply, and taking in these wonderful scents.
